People write things on the Internet.  Other people read about it in realtime.  And occasionally – once in while – scandal does not ensue.  My name is Joseph McLean, and I’m hopping that no scandal arises from the publication of this blog.  I just hate it when my boss gets that look in his eye.  After all, I’m self-employed.

I live in Powell River on the west coast of Canada, spending my days with two young kids, a laid-back cat, and a fantastic wife named Katie.  I have repaired a lot of computers, seen a number of mountain tops.

Despite best intentions, I often think about things.  What follows in this blog is nothing more or less than the sum of my random thoughts.  I hope that you find solace and/or hilarity in whatever I have to give.
